Thanks to the efforts of the ADCES Research Committee, the editors of our peer-reviewed journals, the Annual Meeting Committee, the ADCES Foundation, and so many others, we continue to expand the research enterprise at ADCES. Gretchen A. Piatt, MPH, PhD joins us to discuss the value of research in the area of diabetes care and education, and how this research drives the implementation of best practices in real-world settings and informs health policy. She'll also introduce the 2022 research agenda created by the ADCES Research Committee.
